ZUMiR Kazakhstan is part of the ZUMiR Group—a Polish company headquartered in Kozienice, founded in 1995. We specialize in the production of microspheres and other coal combustion by-products, supplying raw materials for the construction, chemical, automotive, and oil industries.
Our presence in Kazakhstan dates back to the years after 2014 and forms a key element of the international production chain. The ZUMiR Kazakhstan plant, as part of the ZUMiR Poland Group, specializes in sourcing and processing high-quality microspheres (cenospheres). The microspheres from our deposits are characterized by a light gray to almost white color, low density (0.4–0.8 g/cm³), and a wide range of fractions (20–500 μm). They are produced as a by-product of coal combustion in power plants, with main components such as silica and aluminum oxide.
